We recently got back from a wonderful camping vacation in the Canadian Rocky Mountains and so I thought I'd share some delicious camping recipes with you from some of my food blogger friends and me! Cooking while camping can be a challenge as you're limited by the equipment you have available to you as well as safe food storage, but just because you're camping doesn't mean you have to sacrifice flavour, and these recipes are proof of that.
